1. Unlike other Candle Clubs, we DO NOT send you monthly products and expect/force you to buy them, in order to be part of the candle club.
2. All of the discounts are automatically taken off each item as you add it to your cart.
3. The First Time Candle Club Member Discount of 15% Off Retail Items is only good if you place your order NOW. Do Not close this window and come back this evening and expect to get the discount. After you close this window and upon returning, make sure to log-in using your email and password supplied. We will not take the discount off of the order automatically if you forget to log-in.
4. Upon returning and loggin in, all Retail Items will be adjusted in your cart to the 10% Off Discount. Candle Club Prices are posted with every item.
5. You will be automatically entered into our Monthly Drawing for a FREE CANDLE after signing up to our Candle Club! This Drawing is exclusive to Candle Club Members Only! We will pick at random ONE Candle Club Member from our list on the 1st of each month. The winner will receive 1 - 16 oz. Cascade Soy Jar Candle and will get to choose the scent from our in-stock scent list. We will attempt to contact the winner via the email address used to sign up with. If, within 4 days there is no reply, we will re-do the drawing on the 5th of the month and repeat the contact process until a winner responds. We are not responisble if you are chosen and your email program or spam blocker blocks our emails. Make sure to add our info@usasoycandles.com email address to your accepted senders list. The winners First Name and State will be posted in the Left Column Navigation area until the next winner is selected. You can only win once in a 12 month span. 7. Upon signing up, you will receive an email with your Member Login Email and Password that you entered. Several times a month we send out emails that keep you informed of our current specials. These emails also include candle burning tips, and new product and program announcements. If you do not want to receive email from us, you can click the unsubscribe link in the first email you receive.
8. If you forget your email address or password, email us. We will retreive the password and send it to the email that you signed up with. If you need to change your email address that you signed up with, email us and let us know. We will change it and email you back at the new address with your Candle Club information. You must supply us the old address before we will change it to the new one.
