ALL personal data we receive is kept strictly private and secure against unauthorized access through our Secure Server Software (SSL) which fully encrypts (makes it unreadable) and protects your information so it cannot be read or used by anyone except us.
USASoyCandles.com does NOT give, sell, or rent your personal information to anyone, for any reason! It is used only for the purpose of completing your transaction with us and for our customer records.

Credit Card processing for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover passes through our industry leading e-commerce vendor. It uses high-grade SSL and 128-bit encryption technology. Your information will be encrypted and kept confidential during your complete shopping process. On the check-out screen, you will see the internet address of that page start with "https". The "s" means that you're on a secure server. And if you use Netscape or Internet Explorer you will see a yellow "lock" icon at the bottom of your screen; which means any information you type cannot be accessed by anyone.

Checks (U.S. Customers Only):
PLEASE NOTE: Checks must be preprinted with your name and address and cannot be starter checks. Checks must be drawn on a bank in the United States. When you choose this method, you will be given an invoice and instructions on how to send payment. Payment with this method is expected to be received in seven business days. We will process your order the day we receive payment and the check has cleared your bank as good funds. Confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of payment.

Shipping Policy:
Product is only available in the United States. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground usually within 7-10 Business Days from receipt of payment. Orders originating from outside of the U.S. Mainland (48 States) will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
U.S. Mainland (48 States): Shipping amount is based on the weight of Cart Items and any discounts (retail orders only) as follows:
- Cart Total of $0.01 to $29.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone.
- Cart Total of $30.00 to $39.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone less $2.00.
- Cart Total of $40.00 to $49.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone less $3.00.
- Cart Total of $50.00 to $59.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone less $4.00.
- Cart Total of $60.00 to $69.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone less $5.00.
- Cart Total of $70.00 to $79.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone less $6.00.
- Cart Total of $80.00 to $89.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone less $7.00.
- Cart Total of $90.00 to $99.99 will be charged Standard UPS Ground Rates based on weight of cart items and shipping zone less $8.00.
- Cart Total of $100.00 or more, shipping & handling will be FREE!
Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping amount is based on Cart Total:
- Cart Total of $0.01 to $49.99 - shipping will be a flat rate of $20.00.
- Cart Total of $50.00 to $74.99 - shipping will be a flat rate of $25.00.
- Cart Total of $75.00 to $99.99 - shipping will be a flat rate of $30.00.
- Cart Total of $100.00 to $124.99 - shipping will be a flat rate of $35.00.
- Cart Total of $125.00 to $174.99 - shipping will be a flat rate of $40.00.
- Cart Total of $175.00 or greater - shipping will be a flat rate of $50.00.
Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase you must notify us within 48 HOURS of delivery and return the item(s) within 7 days for an equal-value exchange or a full refund of the item(s) purchase price. If the return is the result of an error made by us, your shipping costs will also be refunded. If you return an item because you failed to follow proper burning instructions, or you do not like the scent, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
To return any item, you must send an e-mail to customerservice@usasoycandles.com and inform us which item(s) you are returning. We will give you an authorization control number. Please repackage the product(s) in the original packing materials (some of our products come in a gift box), and package in a brown corrugated box for protection. Enclose your request with the product to be returned, and send it postage-paid via the United States Postal Service or UPS.
PLEASE NOTE:
All candles require maintenance and specific burning techniques to be most efficient; please follow the instructions on the burn label. Because USA Soy Candles are made with pure all-natural wax, exposure to extreme temperatures may cause the wax to appear "cracked" or "sweating" with drops of scent on the surface. This is NORMAL with Natural Soy Wax Candles and will go away once you light it up.
Damaged Items:
We take many precautions and package with extreme care to assure your order will arrive promptly and free from damage. But, if the product you ordered has been lost or damaged during shipment, please e-mail us at customerservice@usasoycandles.com within 24 hours of receipt of your shipping notice (for lost items) or receipt of your order. We will arrange for you to return the product and will send a replacement for the lost or damaged merchandise. All claims must be filed within 2 days.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued in the form according to payment method you used at the time of purchase. For payment made through PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to your same credit card account. Payment made with check will receive a refund check which will be mailed to you after we receive the returned product.
Sales Tax:
Unfortunately, New Jersey residents will have 7% sales tax added to the Cart total.
